1. Skills Certificate (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia – SKM)

  • Must have at least 2 credits in SPM including Bahasa Malaysia

  • Duration: 1 to 3 years

  • Max Funding: RM30,000 for 2 years (RM400/month + fees)

2. Diploma Kemahiran (Skills Diploma)

  • Requires at least SKM Level 2 or equivalent

  • SPM with 2 credits or CGPA 2.75+ in previous skills certificate

  • Duration: 3 years

  • Max Funding: RM30,000 for 3 years (RM400/month + fees)

3. Diploma

  • SPM with minimum 5A’s

  • Duration: 3 years (6 semesters)

  • Max Funding: RM7,500/year (UiTM & Politeknik – RM5,000/year)

4. Bachelor’s Degree (Ijazah Sarjana Muda)

  • Minimum CGPA 3.0 from STPM, Matrikulasi, Diploma, or STAM

  • Duration: 4 years (8 semesters)

  • Max Funding: RM9,500/year (UiTM & Politeknik – RM6,500/year)

5. Master’s Degree

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree with CGPA ≥ 3.0

  • Age limit: Below 45 at graduation

  • Must hold a Bank Rakyat savings account with a min. RM100

  • Duration: 2 years (4 semesters)

  • Max Funding: RM12,000/year

6. Doctorate (PhD)

  • Requires a Master’s Degree with CGPA ≥ 3.0

  • Age limit: Below 50 at graduation

  • Duration: 3 years (6 semesters)

  • Max Funding: Up to RM55,800 total (RM800/month + fees)
